Xavier Roy’s career has focused on helping mission-driven organizations adapt to change, strengthen public relevance, and build sustainable growth models. He is Senior Vice President, Member Engagement and Advancement at the Canadian Chamber of Commerce, where he leads national initiatives related to membership growth, stakeholder engagement, and organizational transformation for Canada’s largest business network, representing more than 200,000 companies.
Before joining the Chamber, he served as Executive Director of the Festival de Lanaudière, Canada’s leading classical music festival, where his team achieved record box-office revenue and philanthropy results. Having worked across the cultural, nonprofit, and business sectors, he also taught international arts marketing at HEC Montréal and served on numerous boards, advisory committees, and public-sector initiatives related to culture, data governance, and policy.
He holds an MBA from the University of Oxford, where he received the inaugural Saïd Business School / HEC Montréal Scholarship, and he is a recipient of the Canada Council for the Arts’ John Hobday Award for arts management and a Salzburg Global Seminar Fellow. Originally trained as a classical singer, I performed hundreds of concerts across Canada and Europe with the a cappella quartet QW4RTZ, including a private performance for heads of state during the G7 Summit.
