about the independent music business summit
Looking to connect with people who can help take your music career to the next level?
The Independent Music Business Summit (IMB) is the professional and business-facing component of Capital Music Week, where artists, managers, producers, presenters, promoters, educators, venue operators, entrepreneurs and industry leaders gather for an inspiring program of conferences, keynote conversations, workshops, networking events and professional development. If you want to understand and shape the business behind the music then connect with Ottawa’s music ecosystem.
Join us for a full day of networking, discussions, presentations, keynotes, roundtables, fireside chats and workshops.
Whether you’re an emerging artist looking to take your career to the next level, a touring band looking to build out the team, or a music industry professional looking to grow your skills, this is the space to take your career to the next level with a full day of professional development and networking at Bayview Yards.
