Celia Benhocine is a Policy Analyst at the OECD Global Forum on Local Development, part of the Local Employment and Economic Development (LEED) programme, where she conducts research and supports international dialogue across a range of local development topics, contributing to comparative analysis and engagement with governments and practitioners across member and partner countries. Her work explores where urban-regional and economic questions meet, spanning the role of universities in territorial development, place identity and the night as a space of social and economic activity. Celia holds a B.A. in International Development and Economics from McGill University and a Master of Urban Studies from the Institut National de la Recherche Scientifique in Montreal.
