Chrissy Dicks is an arts worker from Corner Brook, Newfoundland and Labrador. She
has been instrumental in Lawnya Vawnya’s growth since 2013 and has been the
organization’s Executive Director since 2017. With over fifteen years of experience
working in the industry, Chrissy’s main area of interest is community building through art
and culture in her home province of NL. Chrissy has a Bachelor of Arts degree from
Memorial University, a Post Baccalaureate certificate in visual art from NSCAD
University, and is currently completing a Masters of Business Management from
Memorial University. She also sits on the board of directors at CB Nuit Art at Night
Festival and runs a small flower farm with her mom on the west coast of the island.
