Nate Sabine

Nate Sabine boasts a thriving career spanning more than 25 years in Vancouver’s entertainment and hospitality scene. His journey began with self-producing club nights and rap concerts, and managing local hip hop artists. This initial foray paved the way for Nate to ascend to the position of Director of Brand and Marketing at Donnelly Group. Subsequently, he became an owner in diverse ventures ranging from retail to restaurants, culminating in his current role as the Director of Business Development at Blueprint, the west coast’s largest independent live concert and festival company.
Nate’s responsibilities at Blueprint encompass a spectrum of crucial tasks, including government and public relations, managing brand partnerships, and venue development. His influence extends across all of Blueprint’s ventures in British Columbia, Alberta, and nationwide. Demonstrating a keen focus on industry advancements, Nate serves as the Chair of the Hospitality Vancouver Association, Chair of the Canadian Live Music Association, Board Member of Downtown Vancouver’s B.I.A., served on the board of ADVANCE, Canada’s Black Music Collective, and was President of Music B.C. from 2020 – 2024.
In 2019, Nate co-founded the Mental Wealth seminar series, an annual, free, interactive event aimed at promoting positive mental health within the creative community. This multifaceted professional not only contributes significantly to the success of Blueprint but also plays pivotal roles in several key industry associations, further solidifying his impact on Vancouver’s entertainment and hospitality landscape.
