Dominique Lemieux is Executive Director of the Institut canadien de Québec (ICQ), North America’s oldest active French-language cultural organization. He oversees major literary, library, and cultural initiatives, including the Québec City Library network, the Maison de la littérature, Québec City UNESCO Creative City of Literature, and the Québec en toutes lettres festival. A recognized cultural leader, he was named a Knight of the Order of Arts and Letters of France in 2022 for his contribution to the promotion of Francophone literature.
